If it has been as rainy at your house as it has been at ours, and if you feel like telling the sun that you don't like the way he gets things done, sleeping on the job... You might enjoy a few fun dance songs. We found these spinning, galloping, somersaulting songs this week and we have loved dancing around the living room as we listen. I unloaded the dishwasher in a snap while dancing to a Beach Boys song I haven't heard in years.
PS - We're extremely grateful for the rain and it has been fun to watch it gush over the neighbor's rooftop and fill up the lake in our unfinished backyard.

I loved all of the songs you suggested to create your own sunshine when there is none outside! I am sure we will have them playing this long rainy week! My fav. is Mr Darcy! I NEED to get that soundtrack! I also appricated your quote on the side, it is a good reminder to me, as I seem to induldge to often in lightminded conversations.
